Career synopsis

I am an executive coach and trainer living in Brussels and working internationally. I run my own coaching and training company, specialised in human side of managementcalled “soft skills giving such a hard time”. I design, develop and deliver training and coaching programmes centred on people issues that drive performance excellence anchored in a healthy, continuous personal and professional development.

I hold a Master in Mathematics, a Degree in Pedagogical Sciences, a Master in International Relations from the University of Brussels; I studied Transactional Analysis and Process Communication in Brussels; I am certified coach from the MOZAIK – coaching school Paris; I am certified  in MBTI, FIRO-B, MSCEIT, NEO PI-R, Master Practitioner in NLP, all these done in UK.

Having lived in different countries,I worked with about 27 nationalities and currently working in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian and Romanian).
Some on the recent clients are European Parliament, Lilly, Mobistar, Proximus, UCB, Schindler, Arcelor –Mittal, Unilever,Dexia, Fortis, Procter & Gamble,Bayer, Deloitte, General Electric.

As for the European Institutions I worked with 7 Commissioners, 10 Directors General, more than 50 Directors, 70 Heads of Unit, more than 150 senior and middle managers.

NEW EPSO: preparing all the stages of the EPSO competition, pre-selection tests, and assessment centre up to the selection interview for the desired post.

The areas covered are, simply put: personal and professional development, communication skills, group and team events.
