More about the ‘Two Tribes’

Continuing with our two types:  some people prefer to do what they know, while others search for new things or new ways of doing them.  In other words “I do what I know” or “I know what I will do”.  The first one is limited to knowing one thing very well while the second one knows a lot of things but at a superficial level; the so-called “Jack of all trades but master of none”!  To conclude, some times it is just fine to stick with what you know but there will be other occasions when you will achieve so much more by seeking a different way of working.  Once again this ability to switch mode adds to your behavioural flexibility
